StageXchange is proud to announce that Dave Wright, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of ServiceNow has joined our Board of Advisors. ServiceNow is one of the fastest growing enterprise software companies on the planet with a market cap more than $18 billion. Under Wright’s advice, ServiceNow has been acquiring Tech companies like Neebula Systems, ITapp, and most recently DxContinuum not only for their talent and technology but also to bolster their suite of on platform applications.
More specifically, Wright’s knowledge will be invaluable to one day prepare us for acquisition, or to strategically acquire other technology companies to strengthen our software platform. Wright has been a thought leader and has regularly evaluated this kind of information in his current capacity as the CSO of ServiceNow.
That very same knowledge he will be providing StageXchange would easily be applicable and effortlessly broadcasted to the Tech companies that subscribe to our software as well. His knowledge will undoubtedly give the entire Tech ecosystem within StageXchange a huge bump up.
What we also think is going to be great about his advisement is his experience having ServiceNow grow around him from pre-IPO, the IPO, and of course the experience of becoming a unicorn ($1B+). Everyone could easily infer that being a part of a rapidly growing Tech company is exciting, but also comes with its challenges. All challenges that Wright is very well aware of and will also be able to help StageXchange with as we continue to grow.
What is also impressive about Wright is what he has done before joining ServiceNow. As Wright has spent over six years with VMware, Inc. as Vice President of Technical Services for EMEA. From 2003 to 2005 Wright headed up the technical division for Northern and Southern Europe at Mercury Interactive. Before that, he spent six years at Peregrine Systems, Inc., where he held a variety of senior technical and marketing positions. Wright has also worked for Boole & Babbage, Inc. and Candle Services (later acquired by IBM).
