2016 represented the first year StageXchange fully unveiled its deal management platform with the hopes of expediting and simplifying the due diligence process. With relatively few setbacks, StageXchange culminated an impressive opening year with a powerful demonstration at the First Annual Texas-China Summit held in Austin Texas in October. It was there before an international audience of prominent businesspeople that the full breadth of the platform’s versatility was on display.
Among areas of improvement achieved by StageXchange 2.0 version of its platform were the addition of universal login. To prevent password fatigue, universal login gives investors and project administrators the ability to use their mainstream email platforms to enter their deal hub. Verified users can now login with their existing Google or LinkedIn credentials. Secondly among the list is highly improved security. Protecting sensitive information has been a primary priority for StageXchange since the beginning, and now can proudly proclaim added and improved security using full SSL certification.
Further improving expediency is the added modifications to the project owner administration tools. Now deal admins can easily create, upload, and manage their deal book content at the speed of broadband.
Finally, StageXchange’s online platform has completely migrated its data and rewritten its code under new technology. The new database and website are hosted on servers leased from Amazon Web Services built for even faster data management and greater safety. With information constantly moving in the year and moving into the future, StageXchange remains committed to facilitating due diligence faster, smarter, and at a better cost.
